Phase 2 DIET LOG

Choose 2 proteins 4 oz ea. 2 cups of vegetables and 2 Fruits a day. on the 7th day do a carb day. Choose foods from the list. If you have insulin resistance,  incorporate intermittent fasting eating window : example from 10 Am to 6 Pm or  12 PM to 6 PM.

Fill out the Diet Log by writing in the small boxes provided either with a check mark or an abbreviated food name on the list.

Do not forget to check the boxes for the water as it is important to drink the 8 glasses of water daily.

If you have coffee continue drinking  the recommended water of 8 glasses a Day.

You can have Herbs and spices, Pink Himalayan Salt, apple cider vinegar, Lemon, Cilantro, Parsley, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper,
